Warranty Policy

LEDUP AMERICA LLC provides a limited one-year warranty on structural components, LED elements, and standard accessories under normal use and proper handling.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Improper installation or setup
  • Misuse, negligence, or abnormal use
  • Modifications or alterations
  • Damage caused during transport, installation, or dismantling
  • Damage caused by third-party installers, labor crews, or venue handling
  • Normal wear and tear from event or trade show use

 

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

All warranty claims must be submitted in writing to:

info@ledup.us

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video showing the problem

All claims must be reviewed and approved before any product is returned. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

 

Warranty Resolution

If a product is confirmed to be defective, LEDUP AMERICA LLC will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the defective component, or
  • Replace the defective part with the same or comparable item

Warranty coverage applies to parts only and does not include:

  • Labor or installation costs
  • Shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing

Return shipping must be prepaid. Shipping costs may be reimbursed if the warranty claim is approved.

Products must be properly packed to prevent damage during return transit.

 

Warranty Limitations

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

LEDUP AMERICA LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Event or marketing losses
  • Missed deadlines
  • Labor costs
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Liability is limited solely to repair or replacement of the defective component.
